855 Granville Street, Vancouver

TCPM is providing complete project management services for the renovation and reconstruction of 855 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC.

The project is comprised of 3 individual buildings creating a contiguous space, finished to a core and shell level. There is a heritage significance with two facades fronting Granville Street which are being retained and restored.

A demolition and temporary works engineer was engaged to aid in the acceleration of construction through selective demolition. A review was completed of the proposed demolition sequence and prepared partial demolition details for specific areas.

Currently in the construction phase with a turnover to Cineplex in Spring 2022, designed by Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership.
