TCPM is providing complete Project Management services to Reliance Properties for the 2471 St George Street and 2401 St George Street Development.

The project comprises of two individual buildings: 2471 St George to contain 91 residential units, commercial retail units at grade and 2 levels of underground parking (75 vehicle and 210 bike spaces) with storage amenities. 2401 St George Street will be adjacent to the  2471 development and contain 13 townhouse units.

The roof top will have common amenity space as well as private rooftop patios for top floor units. The ground level will contain retail, restaurant, and co-working offices for business.
