TCPM is providing complete project management services through design, procurement, construction and hand-over for a 36 storey residential tower with 3 levels of offices and commercial retail units at the ground level.

Currently in the design phase, the tower is a luxury high rise building, designed by NMDA and Bingham + hill architects to a LEED Gold Standard.

The façade is constructed of a combination of Curtain wall and metal panel providing a boutique feel in a modern precinct.

Construction is scheduled to commence in early 2022.
