TCPM provided complete project management services for the warehouse expansion to Mark Anthony Wines Fraserview Distribution Centre.  This project was delivered through a design build process with Wales McLelland Construction.

Utilizing tilt-up concrete construction, the building addition featured special air conditioning systems and controls to maintain a constant temperature for the wines.  All work was coordinated so that the existing distribution centre maintained operations throughout the construction period.
