TCPM provided project management services to the Township of Langley to design and build a new destination recreation facility in the community of Aldergrove.

The recreation centre included a community ice arena, fitness facilities, and aquatic centre with an outdoor waterpark.

The community centre features multi-purpose rooms and an indoor elevated walking surface.

The waterpark features an outdoor pool, hot tubs, lazy river, tidal pool, waterslides and aqua spray structure, tots spray area and a dry playground.

The facility opened in Summer 2018.
