TCPM is currently providing project management services for Tower A, a luxury high rise with high-end amenities and services, designed by IBI Architects to a LEED Gold standard.

TCPM’s involvement on Tower A commenced early in the design stage and continued with managing the complete City approvals process, pre-construction phase, and currently the construction phase.

Construction completion in Dec 2021.
