TCPM provided project management services to the City of Surrey for the Guildford Indoor Pool, opened to the public in May 2015.

The Guildford Indoor Pool is a destination recreational pool designed by Bing Thom Architects.

The facility includes a 50 meter competition pool, a therapeutic area, lazy river, and toddler section. The project also includes 2600 square feet of expanded fitness space, a new lobby, 300 spectator seats, and a new two level parkade.

TCPM assisted with the selection of the Architect and design team, managed the process of the prequalification and appointment of the CM team. TCPM provided critical feedback helping align the building program with the City’s main objectives within the allocated budget.
