TCPM provided project management services for this 37-storey tower a block from SFU’s Surrey campus and across from Surrey’s City Hall and City Centre Library.  Designed by Bingham Hill Architects as one of the first towers to be developed in City Centre.

TCPM has been at the forefront of this project working with the City of Surrey to develop precedent setting standards for parking, alternative transportation, unit mixes and indoor/outdoor amenity spaces.

TCPM coordinated all aspects of the pre-construction including selecting design consultants, design review, budget control, schedule control, approvals with authorities, tendering, marketing coordination, and construction.

Construction started in late 2015 and completed in September 2019.
