TCPM provided project management services to Slack Canada for the renovation of their existing office space.  Extensive renovations to the Basement and L2 were undertaken to accommodate the rapidly growing company which will include additional office space, bike rooms, flexi space with locker room and shower facilities.  An Interaction stairwell was constructed between the second and fourth floors providing a break out area for employees to meet.

The Technology industry is an industry that waits for no-one, so it was established that schedule was the pivotal factor in meeting the clients requirements. Quality of construction was also imperative to the client to ensure a comfortable working environment for all employees.

TCPM worked with the design team and contractor to ensure the project was completed on time and the quality of construction surpassed the existing operational space.  TCPM also managed the contractual aspects including Change Order reviews, contractor progress claim reviews, design issue resolution, quality control and the day to day management of the contract between the Client and Contractor.
