TCPM is a proud supporter of Surrey Libraries Read to Baby Program.  Each year, the Read to Baby Program delivers a resource kit directly to 1000 of Surrey’s most vulnerable newborns and their parents.   The resource kit includes information to encourage participation in the FREE children’s programs available at Surrey Libraries.  The programs use stories, songs, and rhymes as powerful tools to promote positive exchanges between parents and newborns that contribute to healthy childhood development.

TCPM has sponsored a tree each year in the Surrey Libraries Festival of Trees and we look forward to our ongoing participation.
