TCPM provided Project Management and Owner’s Representative services to Shato Holdings Ltd. for a mixed-use residential and commercial development at the south east corner of 12th Avenue and Cambie Street across from City Hall in Vancouver.

This landmark project included 133 residential units in eight storeys (including three suites in a heritage house). The main building also featured four commercial units on the ground floor, and 3 levels of underground parking.

Construction began in Summer 2015 with TCPM managing the design and construction team to ensure a quality project is delivered on time and on budget.
