TCPM provided complete project management services for the Township of Langley’s Civic Facility.  This building is the home of the Township of Langley’s civic offices, as well as the Willowbrook Library & Recreation Centre, and the Community Police Office.

TCPM managed the project during all phases, including functional planning, design and construction through a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract.

The complex project included the complete restoration and upgrade of an existing 4-storey building including public lobby space and mezzanine additions, new mechanical systems including geothermal, electrical system upgrades, complete interior finishing and a new two level parking structure.  The project included a 200-seat presentation theatre with state-of-the-art audio visual and TV broadcast systems.

The project achieved a LEED silver designation.
