Mr. Grant Turnbull, President of Turnbull Construction Services Ltd.(TCSL) was pleased to attend the Vancouver Regional Construction Association awards on October 17, 2012.  The magnificent Surrey Centre Library project received the Gold Award for General Contractor $15 to $40 million category.  TCSL acted as Project Manager for the City of Surrey on this project.  The award was presented to Stuart Olson Dominion as General Contractors (SODCL).
